Christian Police Association
The next event is our Annual Christmas Carol Service which will be held at Police HQ, Middlemoor, Exeter EX2 7HQ on Saturday 10th December 2011. There is a buffet tea available from 1630 with an informal act of celebration from 1800. The service is suitable for children. If you wish to attend it is essential that you contact us so that we can ensure sufficient buffet and security passes.
The Christian Police Association is a nationally recognised Diversity Staff Support Association (DSSA) for serving and retired police officers and police staff. CPA has branches in the vast majority of Police Forces of the United Kingdom and indeed contacts with similar organisations around the world.
The Devon and Cornwall CPA branch has members across the force area and we aim to be:
Supporting colleagues working within the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary, and encouraging staff to live out their Christian lives in the workplace
In order to achieve this, Christian staff meet on a regular basis within the different policing areas of the force and on occasions hold force-wide events and initiatives encouraging and promoting the Christian message and values.
